The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI") issued General Licence INT/2026/9247168 ("GL INT/2026/9247168" or "GL"), pursuant to the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (the "Russia Regulations"). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this entry shall have the meanings given to such terms in the GL.
- 19 Mar 2026 (OFAC):
The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") issued Russia-related General License ("GL") 134A, "Authorizing the Delivery and Sale of Crude Oil and Petroleum Products of Russian Federation Origin Loaded on Vessels as of March 12, 2026".
