On the fourth anniversary of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Canada amended the Special Economic Measures (Russia) Regulations to add 21 individuals and 54 entities to Schedule 1, as well as 100 vessels from Russia's shadow fleet to Schedule 1.1.
