- 25 Jun 2026 (OFAC):
The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") issued Russia-related General License ("GL") 131G, "Authorizing Certain Transactions for the Negotiation of and Entry Into Contingent Contracts for the Sale of Lukoil International GmbH and Related Maintenance Activities", and amended FAQs 1224 and 1225.
- 25 Jun 2026 (EU):
The Council of the European Union (the "Council") issued Council Decision (CFSP) 2026/1437, which extended the European Union's ("EU") sanctions imposed against Russia (pursuant to Council Decision 2014/512/CFSP) by 12 months until July 31, 2027.
