The OverRuled: Russia Trade Controls Resource Center has been updated with the following actions:

  • 03 Apr 2023 (Russia - Countermeasures):

    ​The Russian Government Commission issues a “general license” for the extension of mortgage loans to non-Russian individuals from “unfriendly” states.

  • 01 Apr 2023 (Ukraine):

    Under the Decree of the President of Ukraine “On Decision of the National Security and Defence Council of Ukraine of 1 April 2023 “On Application and Amending Personal Special Economic Sanctions and Other Restrictive Measures (Sanctions)” No. 192/2023, dated 1 April 2023, different sanctions were applied to 33 individuals and 225 legal entities representing or cooperating with the military-industrial complex of the aggressor state and "mirrored" sanctions, previously introduced by Ukraine's partners.

  • 31 Mar 2023 (New Zealand):

    The Russia Sanctions Amendment Regulations (No 3) 2023 came into force. Five entities and a number of individuals were inserted into the Schedule of sanctioned persons.

  • 30 Mar 2023 (Russia - Countermeasures):

    ​The Russian Central Bank re-affirms the previously established restrictions on non-Rouble transfers by Russian individual residents until September 30, 2023.

  • 30 Mar 2023 (Russia - Countermeasures):

    ​The Russian Government Commission extends the term of the “general license” for extension of non-Rouble loans by Russian residents.

  • 24 Feb 2023 (Ukraine):

    Ukraine withdrew from the Agreement on the establishment of the Black Sea Group of Naval Cooperation.

  • 24 Feb 2023 (Ukraine):

    Ukraine terminated the Agreement between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on cooperation in the use of the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait.
