Ratepayer Protection Pledge Proclamation (Trump EO Tracker)

Directs the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) Board to adopt policies limiting total annual compensation for all TVA employees, including the CEO, to $500,000 in order to align pay with public-sector standards and promote fiscal responsibility. The Board must evaluate and implement the compensation cap within 90 days and submit a compliance certification to the President through the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) within 120 days.

Directs the federal government to dismantle criminal cartels and transnational gangs operating in the Western Hemisphere, coordinate with allied governments to deny these organizations territorial control, financing, and resources, train and mobilize partner nation militaries to counter cartel violence and intimidation, strengthen multilateral cooperation through initiatives such as the Americas Counter Cartel Coalition, and use all legally available authorities to counter cartel driven violence, corruption, and malign external influence.

Announced the Ratepayer Protection Pledge, under which seven major technology companies committed that data center electricity demand will not raise household power costs. The companies pledged to build, bring, or buy new generation resources, pay for all required transmission and grid upgrades, negotiate separate rate structures with utilities and states, cover infrastructure costs regardless of electricity use, and invest in local communities while coordinating with grid operators to support reliability.  

Invokes the Defense Production Act to prioritize and allocate domestic production of elemental phosphorus and glyphosate-based herbicides, citing their importance to military readiness, semiconductor manufacturing, lithium-ion battery supply chains, and U.S. agricultural productivity. Requires the Secretary of Agriculture to ensure sufficient domestic supply and protect the viability of U.S. producers.
