Akin Gump corporate partner Amy Kennedy has co-authored “Guide for Company Advisers to ESG Disclosure in Leveraged Finance Transactions,” published by the European Leveraged Finance Association (ELFA).

The guide is meant to serve as a tool to companies on ELFA’s new environmental, social and governance (ESG) initiatives. It includes a look at how best to incorporate ESG considerations into topics such as regulatory considerations for borrowers, diligence practices, drafting considerations and contractual provisions.

Those main topics were all discussed at an ELFA workshop in November, at which Kennedy spoke. (To learn more, please click here.)
