(New York and Washington, D.C.) – Akin advised Apollo S3 as a co-lead investor in TDR Capital LLP’s newly formed continuation vehicle, TDR Capital Titan. TDR Capital Titan has been formed to acquire majority control of David Lloyd Leisure, Europe’s largest operator of premium racquets, health and fitness clubs from TDR III and its co-investors.
