Eva advises private investment funds, private & public companies, and other organizations on tax matters relating to mergers & acquisitions (M&A), cross-border transactions and restructurings.

Eva was an Akin summer associate. Before joining the firm, Eva worked at the New York City Human Resources Association Office of Legal Affairs in the Employment Law Division. Prior to that, she was a consultant at a litigation legal services provider.

Eva completed her B.A. in economics and journalism at New York University, from which she graduated with university honors. She earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, where she was the executive notes and articles editor at the Fordham International Law Journal.
