(London) – Akin has advised Coller Capital who has, alongside Hayfin Capital Management, anchored Investcorp’s €240 million single-asset continuation fund for Italian cybersecurity provider HWG Sababa.

The oversubscribed continuation fund enables Investcorp’s Technology Partners Fund V (ITP V) to realize its investment in HWG Sababa while continuing to support the company’s next phase of growth.

Coller Capital and Hayfin Capital Management participated as the lead investors in the continuation vehicle, alongside other institutional and private investors.

The Akin team was led by investment management partner Simon Ellis and associates Matthew Allan and Paolo Caretta Cortegiani; tax partner Stuart Alter and counsel Peretz Riesenberg; and antitrust and international competition associate Marcello Prota.
