Biography
- Advises clients on all aspects of European Union (EU) competition law.
- Advises on merger control, antitrust issues and regulation in the context of mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances.
- Advises multinationals in cross-border merger control and foreign direct investment (FDI) investigations.
Marcello is an associate in the antitrust & competition practice of the London office.
Marcello advises clients on all aspects of EU competition law and represents them before the European Commission and the Luxembourg and Italian Competition Authorities.
His experience covers several industry sectors including social media, technology and oil & gas.
Prior to joining Akin, Marcello worked for other leading international law firms as an associate in the EU competition law and investment funds departments in Brussels and Luxembourg.
