Adrian Chiodo is a partner in the global finance practice, based in London.
Adrian focuses on cross-border leveraged finance across the full spectrum of capital needs, including private credit, U.S. and European term loan B, general banking and corporate financings. He also advises on public-to-private transactions, restructurings and post-IPO financings. Adrian’s clients include a broad range of lenders, including key participants in the private credit market, along with commercial and investment banks, as well as borrowers, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies.
