Alex assists employers, including those in the hedge fund and private equity industry and public and private companies, on an array of labor and employment matters. He drafts and negotiates employment agreements, separation agreements, restrictive covenant agreements, and other employment-related agreements. He assists employers with complex human resources investigations, drafting employee handbooks and employment policies, leading anti-harassment and anti-discrimination trainings, and counseling on anti-harassment and anti-discrimination matters. Further, Alex counsels and defends employers in labor and employment disputes and litigation, and assists employers with implementing workforce reductions.

In addition, Alex assists clients with labor and employment issues in the context of corporate transactions and restructurings. In connection with such transactions and restructurings, Alex conducts labor and employment due diligence, drafts and negotiates purchase and credit agreements, advises employers on transferring, hiring, and terminating workers, and negotiates collective bargaining agreements.
