Akin Advises ePointZero in $2.25 Billion Acquisition of Traverse Midstream Partners

(Dallas, Houston and Abu Dhabi) – Akin advised ePointZero, a global platform focused on specialized energy infrastructure, a subsidiary of 2PointZero Group, in the closing of its acquisition of Traverse Midstream Partners, LLC, a portfolio company of The Energy & Minerals Group, a specialized natural resources private equity firm, for $2.25 billion in an all-cash transaction.
