Alissa is an associate in the corporate practice, advising private and public companies on a range of corporate matters, including mergers & acquisitions, securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Alissa earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was notes editor of the Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law. She earned a B.A. from Princeton University in politics and served as a civic intern for Rep. John Garamendi (D-CA).
