Akin Advises CMC in its $1.84 Billion Acquisition of Foley Products Company

(Dallas) – Akin advised Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) on its acquisition of Foley Products Company, a leading supplier of precast concrete and pipe products to the Southeast region, for $1.84 billion, subject to customary purchase price adjustments.
