Allison is a counsel in the firm’s corporate practice. She has experience advising private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other corporate borrowers in connection with a variety of large-cap and middle-market financing matters, including leveraged buyouts and asset-based lending transactions.

Allison earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, she was a senior editor for the Boston College Law Review and participated in the Women’s Law Society.
