Andrew is an associate in the corporate group and works across a variety of private and public mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and equity capital markets transactions across a range of sectors, including energy, real estate and education.
Prior to joining Akin, Andrew worked at another international law firm in Australia.
Representative Work
- Advised Vitol on the acquisition of BP Turkey Refining Limited and BP Petrolleri A.Ş. by Petrol Ofisi.
- Advised Adelis Equity Partners on its proposed investment in Presto AB and HVD Group through the formation of a €430-million Continuation Vehicle.
- Advised Elevation Advisors on the proposed acquisition from Clariane S.E. of eleven properties and simultaneous leaseback of the properties to Berkley Care Group.
- Advised Vitol on a series of acquisitions and divestments in respect of its upstream US fund.
- Advised ICG on the sale of its interest in Enhesa to Bregal Sagemount.
