Arthur Norman focuses his practice on matters involving the formation, structuring and operation of domestic and offshore private investment funds, including private equity funds, hedge funds, credit funds, and real estate funds.

While in law school, Arthur served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jane Roth of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Arthur also served as a law clerk for the Senate Committee on Finance. Prior to law school, Arthur worked for a lobbying group as a policy analyst specializing in tax and financial services issues.
