Mubadala Capital, the alternative asset management subsidiary of Mubadala Investment Company, announced the successful completion of its acquisition of CI Financial. The C$12.1 billion transaction marks a milestone in the expansion of the Mubadala Capital platform’s expansion into private wealth management, positioning the firm at the forefront of the rapidly evolving sector.
