- Advises corporate and investment fund clients on the full spectrum of private equity transactions.
- Regularly represents private equity firms, portfolio companies and other market participants on complex transactions and general corporate matters.
Brittany advises public and private companies and private equity firms and their portfolio companies on a wide range of sophisticated transactions. She focuses her practice on mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other complex transactions, as well as general corporate governance matters.
Representative Work
- Advised Spire Inc. in its $2.48 billion acquisition of the Piedmont Natural Gas’ local distribution company business in Tennessee.
- Advised Apollo Global Management in various transactions, including in:
- Its investment in Alorica Inc.
- Its acquisition of EmployBridge.
- Its acquisition of Great Canadian Gaming Corporation.
- Advised DataSite Global Corporation (f/k/a Merrill Corporation) in the sale of one of its printing businesses to Toppan Leefung.
- Advised Diamondback Energy in its $9.2 billion acquisition of Energen Corporation.
- Advised Tenneco Inc., a portfolio company of funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management Inc., in its sale of Öhlins Racing to Brembo.
