Gabriel advises founders and investors at the intersection of law and frontier technologies. His practice focuses on web3, crypto, AI and other transformative sectors, where he counsels clients on formation, structuring, financings, token launches, M&A and strategic transactions.
He serves as outside general counsel to startups across their lifecycle and represents leading venture capital firms. Gabriel has deep experience structuring equity and token-based financings and regularly advises on DAO formation, decentralized governance and regulatory strategy.
