Gerry represents private credit funds, public company borrowers and national banks in a variety of cross-border and domestic financing transactions. He has worked on a broad range of financings, including term, revolving, asset-backed, secured and unsecured, syndicated, and senior and subordinated facilities.

Prior to joining Akin Gump, Gerry was an associate in the Financial Markets practice of another leading global law firm.
