Licensed to practice in Connecticut only and under the supervision of the partners of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP. Application for admission to the New York Bar in process.
- Represents institutional investors and investment funds in connection with domestic and cross-border private placement transactions, first and second lien lending arrangements, mezzanine and other subordinated debt financings and other secured and unsecured finance transactions.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Jake Gawlak is an associate in the firm’s corporate group. Jake assists on advising clients in a variety of corporate finance transactions, including debt and equity private placement financings, secured and unsecured lending transactions and amendments and restructuring of all of the foregoing.
