  • Advises on international tax aspects of foreign investments by U.S. investors.
  • Advises on U.S. corporate and international tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions and financial restructuring.
  • Advises on fund formations and investment structures.

Julie focuses her practice on the tax aspects of investment funds, financial restructuring, bankruptcy, private equity and mergers & acquisitions.

Earlier in her career, Julie was an associate at another international law firm, where she advised clients on tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and investment funds. She was also previously a senior tax associate at Deloitte Tax LLP, where she advised clients regarding tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions.
