Julie Geng’s practice focuses on tax aspects of investment funds, financial restructuring, bankruptcy, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.
Earlier in her career, Julie was an associate at another international law firm, where she advised clients on tax aspects of domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and investment funds. She was also previously a senior tax associate at Deloitte Tax LLP, where she advised clients regarding tax matters related to mergers and acquisitions.
