Biography
- Represents global fund sponsors in relation to the establishment and ongoing operation of a wide range of private investment funds.
Kelvin is an investment management associate in our Singapore office. Prior to joining Akin, Kelvin was a corporate and capital markets associate at other leading U.S. and U.K. law firms in Singapore and London.
Kelvin received his J.D. from Columbia Law School where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. He also has a bachelors in law with first-class honours from University College London.

- Advised Tiga Acquisition Corp. as acquiror in respect of its deSPAC and business combination with Grindr Group LLC and its SEC filings
- Advised MISC Capital Two (Labuan) Limited in respect of its global medium term note programme
- Advised Shiba BidCo S.p.A. as issuer in respect of a high-yield bond offering to finance the acquisition of Maxi Zoo S.p.A., to form Italy’s largest pet store chain
- Advised AA plc as issuer in respect of an investment-grade notes offering
- Advised Center Parcs UK Finance Limited as issuer in respect of a high-yield bond offering
