Akin Advises Lunate Capital in the Formation and Operation of its Specialized Investment Fund

(New York, Abu Dhabi and Singapore) – Akin advised Lunate Capital (Lunate), an Abu Dhabi-based global alternative investment manager, in connection with the formation and operation of its specialized investment fund, in which The State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan invested $50 million in ADNOC Gas Pipeline Assets LLC through the fund.
