Lilly focuses her practice on investment management matters, primarily on the formation and operation of domestic and offshore private investment funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds.

Lilly was previously a summer associate at Akin Gump and a corporate legal assistant at another global law firm.

Lilly received her J.D. from New York University School of Law, and graduated from Vanderbilt University with a B.A. in Russian Studies and Political Science.
