Megi’s practice covers complex civil litigation, commercial disputes, and trials involving claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, anti-trust, and trade secrets violations. She has handled internal investigations for large companies to reduce their regulatory and enforcement risks. She has trial experience and has successfully briefed and argued numerous motions for high-stakes litigation. Megi is also a contributor and manager of Akin’s Sustainability Legislation & Regulation Monitor, which covers the changing landscape of ESG-related issues in the United States.

- Advising the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Purdue Pharmaceuticals through federal bankruptcy court.
