Rhylee advises clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments and general corporate matters.
She earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center, where she served as the chief notes and comments editor for the Houston Business & Tax Law Journal.
Rhylee previously was a summer associate at Akin in 2023 and 2024.
