Sam is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. He assists on a range of corporate matters, including distressed transactions and restructurings, securities and corporate governance.
Sam earned his J.D. from the SMU Dedman School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude and as a member of the Order of the Coif. In addition, he served as a comment editor for the SMU Law Review Association and was a Hatton W. Sumners Scholar.
