Victoria represents private credit funds, investors, financial institutions, borrowers and sponsors in a variety of secured and unsecured debt financing transactions in various industries.

She has experience in direct lending transactions, liability management transactions, debtor-in-possession financings, out-of-court restructurings, acquisition financings and general syndicated loan financing transactions.

Victoria was previously an associate in Akin’s New York office, where she gained broad experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and other general corporate matters. She also has experience in transactions involving the financing, production and distribution of film, television and other content.

Victoria previously worked in the banking and finance group at another prominent New York law firm. During law school, Victoria was a summer associate in the business and legal affairs division of a large entertainment company and served as executive editor of the UCC Reporter-Digest.
