Yossi is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. He assists public & private companies in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), securities, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Yossi was an Akin summer associate. Yossi earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he graduated with high honors and served as a staff editor for the Columbia Journal of Tax Law. He earned his B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
