Dino Barajas, Carlos Bermudez Recognized as Among Top Latino Lawyers of 2018

(Los Angeles) – Akin Gump global project finance partner Dino Barajas and corporate partner Carlos Bermudez have been recognized by Latino Leaders Magazine as being among the Top Latino Lawyers of 2018 in the magazine’s fourth annual selection.
The recognition, decided by the magazine’s selection committee, spotlights lawyers and practices “that have a great influence in the community and practical expertise in working legal cases.”
In his published profile, Mr. Barajas’ work in domestic and international project development and finance is featured, noting his emphasis on Latin American infrastructure project financings, debt financings and M&A, as well as his experience with transactions throughout Latin America and beyond.
Mr. Bermudez’ 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities representations are noted, along with the diversity of his clients in Latin America, the U.S. and Asia and his experience in corporate finance, securities and general corporate matters and in the corporate aspects of financial restructurings.
