The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI") amended General Licence INT/2026/8893924 ("GL INT/2026/8893924" or "GL"), pursuant to regulation 64 of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019. The GL allows for the winding down of insurance policies written by certain Maritime Mutual entities and their subsidiaries prior to their designation. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this entry shall have the meanings given to such terms in the GL.
