From at least May 22, 2018 through October 27, 2020, Britain-based employees of a U.S. subsidiary of Harman International Industries, Inc. enabled the diversion of its products from its United Arab Emirates (UAE) distributor to Iran.

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") issued Russia-related General License ("GL") GL 13N, which extends the authorization of certain administrative transactions prohibited by Directive 4 under E.O. 14024, until 12:01 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on October 9, 2025.
Additionally, OFAC updated two Russia-related FAQs (999 and 1118) in connection with GL 13N, both making non-substantive changes.

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") designated four individuals and four entities. The designations (targeting Aeza Group and affiliated entities and individuals facilitating cybercrime) were done pursuant to Executive Order ("E.O.") 13694.
