The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI") extended the term of General Licence INT/2026/8893924 (the "GL"), pursuant to regulation 64 of the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019. The GL allows for the winding down of insurance policies written by Maritime Mutual entities and their subsidiaries before their designation on February 24, 2026. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this entry shall have the meanings given to such terms in the GL.
