The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") issued Russia-related General License ("GL") 55F (Authorizing Certain Services Related to Sakhalin-2), Russia-related GL 115D (Authorizing Certain Transactions Related to Civil Nuclear Energy), and amended several Russia-related FAQs to account for the reissued GLs.
