The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") published a new Russia-related FAQ (FAQ 1224), clarifying which activities are authorized by Russia-related General License ("GL") 131, "Authorizing Certain Transactions for the Negotiation of and Entry Into Contingent Contracts for the Sale of Lukoil International GmbH and Related Maintenance Activities".
