The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI") amended General Licence INT/2025/7895596 ("GL INT/2025/7895596" or "GL") to include two additional subsidiaries of UK designated person, PJSC Lukoil, pursuant to the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (the "Russia Regulations"). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this entry shall have the meanings given to such terms in the GL.

The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI") amended the UK's Financial Sanctions FAQs, specifically FAQ 173, which relates to the continuation of business operations with Lukoil Bulgaria EOOD, Lukoil Neftochim Burgas AD, Lukoil Aviation Bulgaria EOOD, and Lukoil Bunker Bulgaria EOOD (the "Lukoil Bulgaria entities"), pursuant to General Licence INT/2025/7895596 ("GL INT/2025/7895596" or the "GL").

The Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation ("OFSI") designated Aeza Group LLC, pursuant to the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (the "Russia Regulations").
