- 19 Dec 2025 (EU):
The European Commission (the "Commission") issued new Russia sanctions FAQs in respect of "special economic zones", pursuant to Article 5ah of Council Regulation (EU) 833/2014 ("Regulation 833").
- 18 Dec 2025 (UK):
The Department for Business and Trade ("DfBT") issued a new General Trade Licence ("GTL") in respect of financial services and funds related to "specified fertiliser goods" (as defined by the GTL), pursuant to the Russia (Sanctions) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (the "Russia Regulations"). Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this entry shall have the meanings given to such terms in the GTL.
