The OverRuled: Russia Trade Controls Resource Center has been updated with the following actions:

  • 26 Jul 2023 (OFAC):

    ​On July 26, 2023, the Departments of Commerce, Justice, and the Treasury issued a "Tri-Seal Compliance Note: Voluntary Self-Disclosure of Potential Violations," a joint note describing voluntary self-disclosure policies that apply to U.S. sanctions, export controls, and other national security laws. The Tri-Seal Compliance Note also highlights recent updates to certain of those policies.

  • 20 Jul 2023 (Russia - Countermeasures):

    ​The importation of fish- and seafood-related goods from "unfriendly" states to Russia is banned until the end of 2023.

  • 20 Jul 2023 (Russia - Countermeasures):

    ​The term of the previously established ban and restrictions on imports/exports of certain goods to/from Russia has been extended until the end of 2025.
