Invokes the Alien Enemies Act to make Tren de Aragua (TdA) subject to immediate apprehension, detention, and removal, and further that they shall not be permitted residence in the United States. The Secretary of Homeland Security retains discretion to apprehend and remove any Alien Enemy under any separate authority.
