Practical Law has published the Q&A “Restructuring and insolvency in the UK (England & Wales): overview,” written by Akin Gump financial restructuring partners James Roome, Tom Bannister and Emma Simmonds and counsel Lauren Pflueger and published in the Finance Global Guide 2019.
