(London) – Akin advised Nordic Trustee AS, acting on behalf of the DOF Subsea bondholders, in a restructuring of the financial indebtedness of DOF ASA and its subsidiaries. DOF Subsea and the wider DOF Group are international providers of supply, shipping and subsea services.

The restructuring was completed on March 24, 2023 with the financial creditors of the DOF Group acquiring 100% of the ownership of New DOF ASA (formerly DOF Services AS), the new holding company for the DOF Group.
