(Dallas) – D1 Training, a leading athletic-based training fitness concept, has announced its strategic investment from Princeton Equity Group, a leading franchise and multiunit private equity firm. A team from Akin Gump advised Princeton in the investment.

Princeton is partnering with D1 Training, which has 61 locations open with more than 125 locations in development, to accelerate the brand's nationwide expansion and secure its leadership position in the fitness industry.
