Daniel is an associate in the corporate practice. He advises clients on a range of labor & employment-related matters, mainly in the context of corporate transactions and reductions in force.

Prior to joining Akin, Daniel was an associate at a national law firm in New York, where he focused on employment law, including compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws and leave laws. He also conducted employment due diligence for corporate transactions and advised on employment-related documents for both domestic and international employers.

Daniel received his J.D. from New York Law School, where he was a staff editor for the New York Law School Law Review and a member of the Dispute Resolution Team’s executive board. He earned his B.A. in political science from California State University, Northridge.
