Megan is an associate in the firm’s corporate practice. She assists public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securities, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.

Megan was previously a summer associate at Akin. Prior to that, she interned for a major global investment firm in London, England.

Megan earned her J.D. from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, where she served as an associate editor for the Pepperdine Law Review and as secretary of the Student Bar Association. She was also a member of the Multicultural Law Coalition and National Latinx Law Student Association.
