(Fort Worth and Dallas) – Akin advised Stream Data Centers (SDC) and Stream Realty Partners (SRP), a national commercial real estate firm offering an integrated platform of leasing, investment and development services, in SRP’s majority stake sale of SDC to Apollo-managed funds.
