(Dallas) – Akin advised Princeton Equity Group, a private equity firm focused on partnering with growth franchisors and multi-location businesses, in the sale of International Franchise Professionals Group to CNL Strategic Capital, an investment vehicle sub-managed by Levine Leichtman Capital Partners. IFPG is the largest tech-enabled membership network and marketplace connecting franchisors, franchise consultants and vendors.
