- Focuses on technology transactions, with a focus on emerging technologies and artificial intelligence (AI).
Natasha represents technology sector clients, financial sponsors and sovereign wealth investors on cross-border transactions and domestic matters, providing intellectual property, IT and commercial contracts advice across a broad range of industries.
With a focus on emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, Natasha regularly advises clients on the launch of new services, and on cutting edge M&A transactions.
Before moving into private practice, Natasha spent five years in the in-house legal team of a global brand management company. Since moving into private practice, she has spent time as deputy general counsel on secondment to a global data and insights company.
Prior to joining Akin, she was a Partner at another leading international firm.
- Advised Graphcore on its sale to SoftBank Group.
- Advised Currencycloud on its £700 million sale to Visa.
- Advised Marlin Equity Partners on closing its acquisition of minority interest in SmartCredit Limited.
- Advised Cloudpipes Group Ltd on the completion of its sale to Quickbase UK Ltd.
- Advised various global clients on the use and commercialization of AI technology.
