- Advises clients on the full lifecycle of commercial and technology arrangements, with particular focus on complex, cross‑border transactions involving IP/IT, data and emerging technologies.
Natasha advises global corporates, financial sponsors sovereign wealth investors and high-growth technology companies on complex commercial and technology transactions, with a particular focus on emerging technologies like artificial intelligence (AI), intellectual property (IP)-heavy mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and data-driven business models. Natasha regularly advises clients on high-value, cross-border and domestic matters involving the development, commercialization and governance of transformative technologies, and works on transactions involving technology licensing, IP structuring, product development and strategic supplier and platform arrangements. Natasha also has significant experience advising on the technology and commercial workstreams of complex M&A, including carve‑outs, integrations and collaborations involving critical IP, AI and data assets.
Before moving into private practice, Natasha spent five years in-house at a global brand management company and later served as deputy general counsel on secondment to a global data and insights business, which experience that underpins her pragmatic, commercially aligned approach.
